ingredients
1 whole broiler-fryer chicken cut in quarters
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 envelope (1.5 ounce size) Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
1 tablespoon honey
directions
Grill or broil chicken over hot coals or 4 inches from broiler heat, turning frequently until tender.
Melt butter, add lemonade, seasoning mix and honey. Brush mixture over chicken and heat until glazed. Serve at once.
