Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

Two ingredient recipes are pretty much the reason crockpots were invented. Chicken and barbecue sauce are literally all you need for this recipe, but there's a surprising amount of variety you can get out of it--chicken breast, chicken thighs, different sweet or spicy sauces? Plenty to try out.
3 pounds whole chicken
1 bottle (18 ounce size) barbecue sauce
Place the whole chicken in the crock pot.
Pour the barbecue sauce even over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and cut into serving pieces. Brush the sauce from the crock pot over the pieces before serving.
You can also make this recipe using chicken pieces, just adjust the cooking time as needed.

This is my go to recipe when I need something easy for dinner. I have tried different bbq sauces with it to vary the flavors a little so it isn't always the same dish. Don't overcook it or the chicken will start to fall apart too much. I stand the chicken up in the crock so juices can fall to the bottom but if you have an oval crock you could put it in like you roast a chicken in the oven and put it on top of a rack or foil or something to keep it from sitting in the fat and juices.
