1 tablespoon Sriracha or any hot sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 bag (10-14 ounce size) coleslaw shredded cabbage mix
Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Stir until well combined. While stirring, add the olive oil and mix until thick. Stir in the hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Combine the onion, jalapeno, and shredded cabbage in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat in the dressing. Cover and place the spicy coleslaw in the refrigerator for 1 hour or up to 24 hours before serving. Stir well before serving.
