1 bag (16 oz. size) mixed salad greens
2 cups turkey breast, cut into strips
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
directions
Toss the lettuce, turkey, cheese and dressing in large bowl. Spread remaining ingredients on top of salad.
