Slow Cooker Barbecued Pinto Beans

ingredients
1 pound dried pinto beans
3 cups water
1 onion, chopped
1 bottle (18 ounce size) barbecue sauce
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 teaspoon pepper
directions
Sort beans, rinse and drain.
Combine all ingredients in 3 to 4 quart crock pot.
Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until beans are tender.

Thank you. Very good recipe, inexpensive and easy to make. Tweaked it using less BBQ sauce, more water, a large chopped carrot, and 3/4 LB. of smoked ham.
