Rendered Duck With Spicy Asian Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Duck Breasts with Skin On
1 Red Bell Pepper Julienned
1 Spanish Onion Julienned
1/2 Carrot Julienned
4 Shitaki Mushrooms Julienned
***Asian Sauce***
1 teaspoon Symbole (Asian Chili Sauce)
3 teaspoons Tomato Ketchup
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
Directions:
Render duck breasts (Skin Down First) in a non-stick pan until golden brown; Flip, remove and cook in oven for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees (Save fat from Duck).
In same pan throw in Julienned Vegetables cook until golden brown. Remove from the heat.
Add sauce and incoroporate with vegetables.
