An orange juice and honey marinade gives the duck a classic sweet and citrusy note. Pro tip: Use the duck fat to cook some complementary potatoes or Brussels sprouts!

Duck is quite fatty, so be prepared for a lot of runoff, and pounding them to cook more evenly would probably be smart too.
Make up a marinade/basting sauce of orange juice concentrate and honey in whatever proportions you like, I'd probably use half-and-half. I would NOT salt or pepper, let each diner salt and pepper to taste after cooking. I probably would sprinkle lightly with garlic powder before grilling.
Marinate for an hour or two, then grill -- try 5 minutes per side if you pounded them, then check one and grill longer if needed. Grill JUST until done, do NOT overcook -- it becomes tough. Save the duck fat for other uses.
If this sounds too difficult, you could just send the duck breasts to me, I'll be glad to take this burden away from you.

Since duck is SO fatty this sounded like a great way to cook it and it was! There is a TON of grease that comes off so don't venture far from the grill because you'll need to tend to it.
