ingredients
1/2 package fettuccine pasta, uncooked
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups chopped fresh tomato
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add broccoli and mushrooms; cook just until tender.
Add hot pasta and remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
