Ingredients:
2 cups canned mixed vegetables, drained
1 whole egg
8 ounces turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
1 cup low-fat baking mix
10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup fat-free milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a brownie size pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine vegetables, turkey, and salt. Mix well and heat until vegetables are tender. Add soup. Place mixture into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine milk, egg, baking mix, and salt. Mix until moistened. Pour mixture evenly over top turkey mixture in pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
