15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a blender, combine the ricotta, eggs, kahlua, and sugar. Process until just mixed. Add the chocolate chips and process for just a few seconds to mix.
Pour the ricotta mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour. Remove from oven and cool. When pie is cool, refrigerate. Serve chilled.

I misplaced my Grandmother's recipe book, thank goodness I found this, it is the same thing except, I use amaretto and lemon instead.
