Delicious recipes for red velvet cakes, cupcakes, and cheesecakes.

An Italian-style dish made with rigatoni pasta, ground beef, onion, bell pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and mushrooms.
1 box (1 pound size) rigatoni
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large package sliced pepperoni
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cans (15 ounce size) pizza sauce
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook until not quite al dente (you want it undercooked). Drain in a colander and set aside.
Brown the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet. Drain off any fat.
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover; cook on low for 5 hours. Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese if desired.

I really liked this and it turned out very good but it's really more of a pizza flavored dish not lasagna. My 100% Italian husband was quick to point that out!
