It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This festive holiday drink works well with low sugar/diet ingredients as well as regular. Float the cranberries on top for a festive look.

4 cups chilled cranberry juice
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute equivalent
4 cups chilled club soda
fresh cranberries, optional
Combine the cranberry juice, lemonade, limeade, and sugar in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Slowly stir in the club soda. Float cranberries on top or add to individual glasses filled with ice.
