Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I was randomly looking for a "different" way to fix my yams, you know, other than the traditional way. I saw this recipe and was excited to try it. It was simple and it turned out wonderful. I will continue to use this recipe in the future.(I added nutmeg and cinnamon to mash and I sprinkled cinnamon over the topping)

I made this for Thanksgiving this year. Something different than the usual candid yams. They were loved by all and they were gone!!! When I put the topping on I drizzled some caramel over the top too. I just thought why not it's already sweet, just added a lil extra! Mmmm I am making them for Christmas now too! Hehe YUM!

This recipe was absolutely amazing. I made these for thanksgiving dinner, and the family couldn't stop talking about how great they were. I don't know whose granny came up with this, but god bless her soul.
