Hearty Slow Cooker Alphabet Beef Soup

1/2 pound beef stew meat or round steak
1 can (16 ounce size) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 package onion soup mix
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen mixed veggies, partially thawed
1/2 cup uncooked alphabet noodles
directions
Cut meat into small cubes. Place in crockpot with stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and soup mix. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Turn to HIGH; add vegetables that have been partially thawed, and noodles. Cover and cook on HIGH 30 minutes or until veggies are done.

This is truly one of the best soup recipes I have ever made. Been using it for years & have never been disappointed. Great for cold winter evenings or chilly spring/fall evenings. Go for it!
