Yavapai Sunflower Bread

ingredients
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup sunflower kernels, ground, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1/2 cup sunflower kernels, whole or coarsely chopped
directions
Beat the honey and butter together, then beat in the eggs.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and ground seeds, adding to the honey-butter mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in the whole sunflower seeds.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F. Cool on a rack. This bread slices better when cool.
