It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

- #100493

1-2 hrs
ingredients
1 package hot roll mix (or your favorite unbaked bread dough)
12 ounces pepperoni
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
pizza sauce, optional
directions
Prepare dough according to package directions. After it has sat for five minutes, divide the dough in half. Roll out the first half as flat as you can.
Spread half the pepperoni on the dough. Sprinkle half the cheese over the pepperoni. Starting from one end, roll the dough in a loaf. Repeat with second ball of dough.
Put both loaves on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F until bread is golden brown. After it cools, bread may be wrapped in foil and kept in refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for several months.
When ready to eat, slice and place in microwave until cheese is bubbly (Approximately 1 minute).
Serving suggestion: heat up favorite pizza sauce and use to dip the bread.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
