Slow Cooker German Potato Salad

ingredients
6 cups sliced potatoes
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar (more if desired)
1/4 cup oil
chopped parsley
sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Combine all ingredients except parsley and bacon in crockpot.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
Garnish with bacon and parsley.
