1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite size chunks
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) Cheddar cheese soup
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen broccoli
1 can (15 ounce size) chicken broth
1 cup water

directions

Place the chicken and broccoli in the crock pot. In a bowl, combine the soup, broth, and water until blended. Pour over the chicken and broccoli and stir gently to coat everything in the cheese sauce.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.

    I made this modified one thing. I put everything but water in the crock pot. About 15 minute before serving I added some half and half instead of water to make it creamier and richer. Great recipe in a pinch.
