Wizard Crumpets Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 dozen
Ingredients:
6 English muffins split in half
Green ketchup (or red, if you must)
Grated Cheddar or jack cheese
12 button mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes
1 large green pepper
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Spread a layer of ketchup over each muffin half. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Slice each mushroom into T shapes. Place on muffins as eyes. Halve cherry tomatoes and add as noses.
Slice pepper into rounds, and then quarter (each will look a bit like a W). Place as mouths.
Preheat grill, and brush faces with oil. Grill until cheese bubbles. Cool slightly before serving.
