6 1/2 ounces canned white tuna in water -- drained 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon minced sweet pickle 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 English muffins, split and toasted 4 tomato slices -- (1/4 inch thick) 4 (1 ounce ea) process American cheese slices
Combine tuna, celery, pickle, and mayonnaise; stir well. Place muffin halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto each half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
