Mediterranean Pita Chips

ingredients
3 large pita bread rounds
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
3/4 teaspoon paprika
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the pita breads into wedges. Place the wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Combine the Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic, and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
Brush each pita wedge with the melted butter, then sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly on each one.
Bake the pitas at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

So easy to make and really delicious. I made a few changes. Instead of cutting pita into wedges I left it whole and baked it directly on oven rack. When cooled I broke the pita into pieces of various sizes...it made it look as it it were prepared by a caterer.
