Aunt Sarah's Pumpkin Spice Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 3/4 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin, mashed
1 cup oil
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
***FROSTING:***
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk, more as needed
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
CAKE: Mix together the dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Blend in nuts. Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans or mini loaf pans. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: Mix in mixer. Frost when cake is cool.
