ingredients
3 cups spring onions
2 cups cold sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Wash and towel dry two bunches of spring onions. Remove a little bit of both ends so you only have the green and white stalks. Using scissors, cut the onions into pieces about 1/4 of an inch wide.
Place spring onions in a bowl and add salt. Spoon in sour cream and stir until the onions are covered with sour cream.
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until ready for use.
