Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

Delicious! So easy to make and was very popular. It stayed moist for days (we tried to be disciplined and not eat it all in one sitting!) Beautiful as is with coffee, and also nice warmed through and served with a bit of Greek yoghurt on the side. Recommended!
