***Crab Cake:*** 2 pounds rock crab 2 eggs 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard 4 tablespoons chopped green onions 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped 1/2 teaspoon chopped basil 1/2 teaspoon onion powder ***Sherry Mustard:*** 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup cream sherry 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Crab cake Combine all ingredients in bowl, form crab cake to approximately 2 oz patties. After the cakes have been formed, roll them lightly in the bread crumbs. Sauté the cakes in 1/4 tsp. Oil on medium high heat. Cook until golden brown. Cook on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
Sherry mustard Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve over crab cakes
