Ingredients:
1 can (6-1/2 oz size) white crab meat
1 cup sliced canned bamboo shoots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
6 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:

Rinse crabmeat in cold water and remove any ligaments. Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl and then add crabmeat. In skillet, heat 1/2 cup butter. Drop the mixture by large spoonfuls into the butter. Fry to a golden brown, turning once.
