I've been making this marinade for years. It's so simple and delicious. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

  2. crossback REVIEW:

After owning a george foreman grill for about 15 years I finally decided to actually use it. Been making various recipes and learning how to cook with it. This was good and simple. The steak texture isn't the same as real grilling but I think this will be a decent recipe for the middle of a snowy winter when I can't use the real grill.

This was a great recipe -- quick, very simply and absolutely delicious. I used low sodium soy sauce and a little extra garlic to make it more heart healthy (and because I looove garlic) and served it with asparagus sauteed in vegetable oil and (you guessed it) garlic. Thanks for sharing this!

A quick experiment (my first ever attempt at a marinade) that will definitely be used again for the family!
