Nice quick marinade for steaks - George Foreman or otherwise. Garlic, soy sauce and honey are all you need to infuse some sweet and savory flavor into your filets.

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey
2 steaks, 6 ounce each
Combine the soy sauce, garlic, and honey in a zip-top plastic bag. Add the steaks, seal the bag, and turn to coat the steaks in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Preheat the George Foreman grill (or other contact grill) as directed by the manufacturer. Place the steaks on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 4 minutes or until desired doneness.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I've been making this marinade for years. It's so simple and delicious. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

After owning a george foreman grill for about 15 years I finally decided to actually use it. Been making various recipes and learning how to cook with it. This was good and simple. The steak texture isn't the same as real grilling but I think this will be a decent recipe for the middle of a snowy winter when I can't use the real grill.

This was a great recipe -- quick, very simply and absolutely delicious. I used low sodium soy sauce and a little extra garlic to make it more heart healthy (and because I looove garlic) and served it with asparagus sauteed in vegetable oil and (you guessed it) garlic. Thanks for sharing this!

A quick experiment (my first ever attempt at a marinade) that will definitely be used again for the family!
