4 soft taco size flour tortillas 6 ounces crab meat 2 scallions or green onions, chopped 12 ounces soft cream cheese 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed, chopped 2 drops Tabasco sauce, to taste
In a food processor, combine crab, scallions, cream cheese, lemon juice and dill. Process until smooth. Add Tabasco and blend. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Spread evenly over each tortilla. Roll up and slice crosswise into pinwheels. Serve chilled.
