ingredients

1 large round Brie cheese
8 ounces smoked salmon with black peppercorns
fresh dill, chopped

directions

Score the Brie around the edges into three layers. Then separate into 3 rounds using dental floss. Then place slices of smoked salmon evenly to cover the layers and sprinkle with the dill. Press some chopped dill over top of the Brie.

Wrap the whole cheese carefully in plastic wrap for 24 hours to mingle flavors. To serve, carefully cut Brie into wedges.

Note: You may wish to remove the top rind of the Brie. This makes a superb appetizer and possibly a very expensive one too. Smoked salmon freezes well.
