Barbecued Redfish

ingredients
1 1/2 pound redfish fillet
non-stick cooking spray
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons margarine, melted
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
directions
Rinse fillet with cold water, and pat dry. Cut fillet into equal portions; place in a wire grilling basket coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Brush mustard mixture over fish in grilling basket.
Grill fish 6 inches over medium coals 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; baste frequently with remaining sauce during grilling.
