Ingredients:
1 (9" size) baked pie shell
1 (6 serving size) vanilla flavor pudding mix (Not instant)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cup egg nog
2 tablespoons light rum or rum flavoring
2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
Additional nutmeg for garnish

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, nutmeg and egg nog. Mix well. Over medium heat cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in rum or rum flavoring. Cool or chill thoroughly. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into prepared pie shell. Garnish with additional nutmeg. Chill 4 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
