Chocolate Eggnog Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 oz size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/3 cup commercial eggnog
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 prepared 8" chocolate crumb crust
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and eggnog for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is well blended and smooth. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed, beat the cream to stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until thoroughly blended. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate. Turn the filling into the crust. Garnish the top with the remaining chocolate.
Refrigerate until serving time, 1/2 hour or longer.
