Caramelized Praline Ice Cream Pie

ingredients
1 1/2 cup caramel corn with nuts, crushed, divided
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cups light caramel ice cream with pecans
2 tablespoons fat free caramel sundae topping
whipped topping, optional
directions
Reserve 2 tablespoons crushed popcorn for garnishing pie.
Combine remaining popcorn and butter in medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Press into bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate to form crust; freeze 10 minutes.
Spread softened ice cream over crust. Drizzle with topping. Freeze 1 hour, or until firm.
Cut frozen pie into wedges; sprinkle with reserved crushed popcorn. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
