Banana Peach Frozen Yogurt

A delicious and healthy frozen treat. You can use low-fat or non-fat milk and yogurt for a lower calorie option. No sugar added and no sugar needed!

ingredients

3 bananas
2 pounds peach
1 cup milk
1 cup plain yogurt

directions

Peel and slice the peaches and bananas and blend them. Pour the liquid in a mixing bowl. Stir the yogurt and milk with the liquid until the yogurt has completely dissolved. Freeze the mixture until the mixture is solid. Serve.
