ingredients
1 loaf white bread
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups crushed cornflakes
directions
Remove crusts from bread and cut each slice into 4 to 5 sticks. Place sticks on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees F degrees for about 2 hours or until crisp. Remove and cool.
In a blender, mix the peanut butter, peanut oil and sugar. Brush sticks with the peanut mixture and roll in crushed flakes.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
