Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

You know you're going to love snacking when it involves both sugar and heat. Brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper create a tasty popcorn snack in minutes.

1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 bags microwave popcorn, Natural or Light
Mix together first five ingredients. Wait on the salt as the popcorn may be salted already. The seasoning can be prepared in advance. One bag of popcorn can be made at a time as needed.
To serve, drizzle popcorn with butter and toss with some of the spice mixture to coat. Season to taste with salt.
