ingredients
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
1/2 cup hulled raw pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon honey
directions
Toast the cumin in a small skillet until fragrant. Remove seeds and cool. Pound in a mortar.
Place pumpkin seeds in same skillet over medium heat and toast for about 3 minutes until they are golden and puffed (slightly rounded).
Add the butter, sugar, cayenne, cinnamon and the cumin. Sprinkle with salt. Toss around for a couple more minutes.
Remove from heat and place on a plate. Drizzle on honey and turn pumpkin seeds to coat.
