No need to buy poultry seasoning when you can make your own better version. This herby medley is heavenly on roasted chicken and turkey, and it's super convenient to have on hand in your spice rack.

ingredients

2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried sage
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon dried savory
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

directions

Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Use in any recipe calling for poultry seasoning.
