A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.


1 package (16 ounce size) angel food cake mix
1 1/4 cup strawberry soda pop
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons strawberry soda pop
4 drops red food coloring
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, except substitute first measure of soda pop and the honey for the water. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled.
Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine melted butter, confectioners' sugar, remaining soda pop and food coloring in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and drizzling consistency. Spread over top of cooled cake.

YUMMO!! This recipe is super easy and beyond delicious. I made it to have like strawberry shortcake, but it smelled so good cooking, everyone choose to eat it without the strawberries and whipped cream.
