Blueberry Pineapple Delight Cake

ingredients
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 box (18.25 ounce size) lemon cake mix
2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, spread the pineapple and blueberries over the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle evenly with the cake mix and brown sugar. Drizzle the margarine evenly over the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly.

Very good cake! i liked the combo of blueberries and pineapple. Couldn't find lemon cake mix so I used yellow and it was good.

We call these "dump" cakes and love them! Make sure to EVENLY sprinkle the cake mix over the top. I like to pour the mix into a bowl first and whisk it to break up any lumps. I've never had it turn out bad and everyone always loves it. You can also use white cake mix in this recipe.

This was absolutely disgusting! The cake mix was not fully absorbed by the butter and therefore was still powdery after the full baking time. This was a very bad mix and ultimately tasted like bad medicine.
