Leadbutt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
5 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon extract
7 ounces 7-Up® soda pop
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour and sugar together and beat into wet mixture. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up®.
Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
