3 pounds pork shoulder
1 package (1.25 ounce size) taco seasoning
1 can (16 ounce size) green enchilada sauce
1 can (14 ounce size) tomatillos, chopped
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chilies
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup

directions

Put pork roast in crock pot. Blend the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 6 hours.

When the roast is done it will be tender and shred easily. Serve in tortillas with your favorite taco ingredients.
