1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (7 ounce size) diced green chilies, undrained
directions
Brown beef, onion and garlic until beef is cooked. Drain any fat.
Return to pan and add chilies. Keep hot until serving time.
