ingredients

2 packages rapid rise dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
1 cup water
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup pecan meal
1/2 cup wheat protein isolate
1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup flax meal
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon grated horseradish

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer.

Set the machine to the standard bread setting with a light or medium crust.

When the bake cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
