ingredients
1 1/4 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup water (75-85 degrees F or what is required by your machine)
4 1/2 teaspoons melted butter
1/2 cup barley flour mixed with
1 tablespoon gluten in bottom of cup
3/4 cup medium rye flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk powder
3 teaspoons caraway seeds
3 teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons yeast
directions
Add ingredients to bread pan, according to manufacturer's directions.
Use regular cycle, medium crust.
cook's notes
If you like the flavor of caraway seeds but not the seeds, use a coffee bean grinder or spice mill and grind them first before adding to dough.

It IS short on flour, I tried it and it doesn't work
I have not tried this recipe, but am looking for a sourdough rye. This one looks like it has what I want in it, but seems to be "short" on flour quantities. Is the recipe missing something? What size loaf does this make?
