Divine Chicken Divan With Crispy Onion Ring Topping

ingredients
6 chicken breast halves
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 small package Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 small package frozen onion rings (or enough to cover top of casserole)
directions
Boil chicken till cooked, about 30-40 minutes in salted water. Prepare broccoli half the time indicated on back of box.
Grease large glass casserole (9x13). Break broccoli apart and spread over bottom. Cover with deboned chicken cut in chunks.
Heat soups together in medium saucepan over low to medium heat with milk and cheese. Stir till smooth and watch closely so it doesn't burn. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with frozen onion rings.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove foil and cook another 15 minutes till onion rings are crispy.
