Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Make sure you use a good seasoned stuffing mix or the whole dish will be a bit bland. The cream of chicken sauce was rather plain so I would add some spices or sherry or something to it. The filled shells were good but if the stuffing hadn't had as much flavor as it did the dish would have fallen short. I was also surprised that the stuffing cooked as well as it did and wasn't mushy. I would make this again but definitely would dress up the cream sauce a little bit more.
