It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This dill sauce is the condiment you never knew you were missing in your life. Fresh dill weed and sour cream help make this cool sauce that you can put on fish, gyros, and everything in between.

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill weed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and black pepper
Combine the sour cream, salad dressing, dill weed, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

My family and I LOVED this recipe! Granted, I did use regular, organic sour cream, and homemade mayonnaise, and had to substitute lime juice for the lemon juice, but it was fantastic. We used it to top bison burgers, and it was a major hit. The recipe, at least for us, made enough to top 6 bison burgers. Thanks for sharing!
