1 block (2 pound size) processed cheese such as Velveeta
1 carton (16 ounce size) half-and-half
1 can (10 ounce size) tomatoes and green chiles
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound raw shrimp
cooked pasta of choice
Place cheese, half-and-half, tomatoes and green chiles, onion and garlic in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Add shrimp and cook for another hour on HIGH or until shrimp are pink.
Cook pasta of choice and spoon sauce over cooked pasta.
