A popular Italian seafood recipe made easy with the slow cooker. Shrimp are simmered in a slow-cooked seasoned tomato sauce and served over pasta.

1 can (15 ounce size) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 pound cooked, shelled shrimp
Combine the tomatoes, parsley, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato paste, and salt in the crock pot. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or until heated through. Turn the heat to high. Add the shrimp and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are heated through.
